1 lb Asparagus, medium
1/2 cup Cilantro, leaves
1 Scallion, large


4 drained and cut into blocks 1 pound extra-firm tofu, extra-firm


1 tbsp Agave syrup
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
2 tsp Mirin
1/4 tsp Sambal oelek or other asian chile paste
2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Tahini paste
3 tbsp White miso paste

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1/4 tsp Red pepper
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp Sesame seeds

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1 tsp Sesame oil, Asian
1 Vegetable oil


1/2 cup Water


Three 7-by-8-inch sheets of toasted nori (seaweed), cut into strips
