    1 can 1 1/2 cups chickpeas or white beans
    1 1/4 cups Dates, pitted


    1/4 cup Nut butter

    Pasta & Grains

    2 tbsp Oats

    Baking & Spices

    1/3 cup Chocolate chips or raw chocolate chips - recipe
    1/8 heaping tsp Salt
    1 1/3 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure


    tiny bit over 1/8 tsp baking soda
