Take a walk through the Jade Seahorse in Utila, Honduras during the day. The owner has spent the past 20 years collecting glass and shells to create this MASSIVE art display that gives Alice in Wonderland a run for their money. I would love to do this. I collect shells every time I go to the beach.

Fall foliage in Arcadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, Maine.

Persian Shield is known botanically as Strobilanthes dyerianus. It is native to Burma and has 8-inch-long leaves that are iridescent in shades of purple, lilac and pink, with purple-maroon on the undersides. If those colors aren't awesome enough, the foliage looks like it has a light coat of silver electroplated to it. Although newly in fashion. the plant has been used in gardens since Victorian times.
