    This totally and completely worked. I was shocked because I thought it had to be too good to be true, but it rocks! :D

    All you need is Ammonia, Cling Wrap, paper towels and a scour pad! 1. Before and with Simple Green application. 2. After scrubbing 3. Paper towels layered onto bad areas and then soaked with Ammonia and Cling Wrapped. Overnight. 4. Voila! After not too much scrubbing at all with a scour pad. Almost like new. Minus that spot where a noodle had apparently been burned and essentially fused with the stove top. I'll be re-wrapping that area again tonight.
