Creamy Crab Soup - Anjea's note: this was really good! I did have to add about a half cup more of stock because my roux was too thick. Next time I would also cut cut the cayenne amount in half (too spicy for J and K but not me). It definitely needs the salt "to taste" even with using salted butter. Housemate from Maryland asked for the recipe!
