Crock Pot Mac & Cheese - Ingredients: 16 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked; 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated; (1) 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cut into cubes; 12 ounces evaporated milk; 2 1/2 cups milk; salt and pepper to taste. Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Stir throughout cooking time to combine ingredients. Notes: You can add more grated cheese for a cheesier version. Up to 4 cups.
Ground beef & tater tot casserole Brown 1 lb of ground beef; Mix together ground beef, 1 onion(chopped), 1 can rotel, 1 can cream of chicen in crock pot; top mixture with a layer of tater tots (16 oz bag); cook on low 2.5-3 hours; 30 min before serving, top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
