The BEST Low Fodmap Macaroni & Cheese!

Low FODMaP macaroni and cheese?!?!?! As long as I use lactose free milk and cheese (I like Vermont extra sharp white cheddar) and gluten free pasta and flour.

Oven-Fried Parmesan Zucchini. Easy to make: just slice your zucchini, dip in milk (sounds weird, but it works), then dip in mixture: 1 cup breadcrumb/ 1 cup parmesan cheese/ 1 tsp garlic salt/ pinch of pepper. You can also make a dipping sauce: 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce (add more for a kick). Enjoy!

Creamy Mushroom and Garlic Sauce

Mushroom pasta sauce-have to play with this to lighten it up because it looks amazing. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
