Now THAT'S a workout!  Had to break a few things into sets, but it did take me right at 30 minutes.  The plank at the end was a killer.  Had to do it in two 30 seconds sets.

seems easy and fun , I might not be a dancer but I think I would enjoy this ... after all I have to tone my body for summer
