Cleanse from the Inside... 1 cup of filtered water, pinch of cayenne pepper, 3 tbs. lemon juice, 2 tbs. honey. Drink first thing in the A.M.- warm it like Tea. Then again in the evening, at room temperature preferably. Do this daily- Be sure to include 6 more glasses of water during your day... Make this a lifestyle change. Your skin especially, will love you for it. I need to try this.
