Almond Joys. Recipe: 1cup Shredded Coconut, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp melted Coconut Oil, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of sea salt. Mix ingredients in bowl scoop into cupcake sheet (spread among 6). Press down to make more dense. Then, combine 3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp melted coconut oil. Pour evenly over coconut mixture. Crush some almonds and sprinkle on top. Freeze for 15 minutes.
