Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs! I made these for Mother's Day dessert and they were a big hit. I ended up using just strawberries cut in half alternating with lemon cake on the kabob skewers, then melted milk chocolate (because I couldn't find white in the store during my visit) over top and popped them in the fridge to cool for 30 mins.
