Place it in the crock pot on low for about 5 hours. An hour before serving, take the chicken out and shred it with a fork and put it back in the crock pot til ready to serve. - excellent-eats

Put the chicken in the crockpot first. Then put the stuffing on top of the chicken. Mix sour cream, soup, and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl. Pour mixture over top of the chicken and stuffing and cook on low for 4 hours.
