CucumberRanch Dip Sandwich:: Lightly toast 2 slices whole wheat bread. Spread Ranch dip* over one slice. Layer thin slices of cucumber on top of the dip and cover with alfalfa sprouts, if desired. Top with 2nd slice of bread. Cut on diagonal - Enjoy! *Blend Cream cheese and Ranch Dressing til spreading consistency.
