I like the walk/run aspect of this 1/2 training plan. I think there is something to be said for interval training. Not that I'm training for a 1/2 right now. I'm just sayin'....if I ever did decide to do a 1/2...

My training plan for the Oklahoma City Memorial Half Marathon!!

Maybe next year's goal :-) This year we are sticking with 5K training... Half-Marathon Training Plan - "this plan looks pretty good but on week 10 I would run 12 miles. That will be your longest run until your half."

Exams end in 6 days. One day to sleep and then I'm doing this even without half marathon to run at the end...

Gotta get training for that Disney Princess half marathon next February!
