these were sooooooooo yummy and easy to make, I will totally keep this and make it again as a side dish ----- Zucchini Cakes. Freshly shredded zucchini with Parmesan cheese, garlic and spices, pan fried until golden brown.
Oven Roasted Cabbage Wedges -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a greased baking pan place 1 inch thick round slices of cabbage in a single layer. Season as you wish, salt, pepper, garlic, hot pepper etc. Roast minutes until browned.
Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower- So extremely low calories. Great alternative to buffalo chicken wings for vegetarians or anyone! I wonder if the hubs would eat this - loves buffalo chicken, doesn't like cauliflower though
