Despite and because of her own battles with schizophrenia, Charlene has become an award-winning film director whose goal is to debunk the stigmas that surround people with mental health issues. And she's doing all this as a woman in South Africa. A warrior poet for sure, especially now - May is National Health Awareness Month.
