    beer soaked baked fries - I roughly follow this with both regular potatoes and sweet potatoes. The beer soaking really does make them crisp up better in the oven. FANTASTIC fries, they are always all gone - no matter how many we make. 5-6 potatoes, 1 tsp garlic powder, 3T olive oil, 3 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika. (We usually double it)

    Beer soaked fries - AMAZING! Make sure you make them THICK and use parchment paper and a generous olive oil so they don't stick. I soaked them longer -- loved them!
