Cut 1 large Zucchini, 2 Yellow Squash, 6 Red Potatoes & 1 Onion...Place in glass pan for baking dish drizzle with extra virgin olive oil garlic & herb seasoning, seasoned salt and bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
My new favorite food-Quinoa! Here's a side dish from AllRecipes: I just made a few minor changes to this recipe. I used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth and sauteed the onion with the garlic. Lots of flavor!
