      what a great idea Nicole Wysocki should do so I don't have to be the ice cream scooper at her kids birthday parties! :) such a time saver- scoop the ice cream into lined cupcake pans & put them in the freezer. then just pull them out when you cut the cake & serve!

You can also open up a rectangular container and slice the ice cream into squares...then refreeze in cupcake liners

      I did this and stored them in sealled tupperware containers.     White Cake - Recipe from scratch...This has been the best texture for a white cake that I have made so far however when I make it with my GF flour it just tastes like a really sweet mild corn bread (there is corn flour in my flour mix) but if you are not baking GF it would prob be the best ever so definitely try it!!
