Cranberry orange muffins- I made a batch of these for work, and I substituted vanilla almond milk for the regular milk and pecans for the almonds. I also added a bit of vanilla bean. They turned out well! I will note that they are not incredibly sweet, which makes the streusel non-optional in my book. That said, I'd certainly make them again!-- NW
