Homemade Larabars: Healthy Energy Bar!! This is the recipe I used. 1 cup walnuts 1 and 1/3 cups pitted dates 3 T cocoa powder put all ingredients in blender and BLEND Shape into bars and refrigerate. YUMMY!! You can use many different things. The Dates are a must, but mix up with different kinds of nuts, add coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc. SO EASY and SOOO GOOD!!!
