Pumpkin Butterscotch Brownies 1 family size brownie mix 1/4c water 1/2c oil 2 eggs 1 bag butterscotch chips 1 small box instant butterscotch pudding mix 1.5c canned pumpkin 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2c butterscotch ice cream topping Combine everything but topping. Pour half into a 11×7 pan lined with foil and sprayed with pam. Pour 1/2 cup topping over mix. Pour remaining mix over top and bake at 350 for 50-60 min. Let cool 1 hour before removing from pan and cutting.
