Sherbet Fruit Punch Ingredients • 2 quarts of Sprite or 7-up • 1 can (46 oz.) of pineapple juice • 1 can (46 oz.) of orange juice • 2 pints of lime sherbet • Fresh strawberries Directions Pour the soda and juices into a large punchbowl. Add a few scoops of sherbet right before serving, and garnish with strawberries. Continuously add sherbet to the punch to keep it cold.

In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin. Stir for 2 minutes, or until completely dissolved. Add pineapple juice. Let cool to room temperature.
