Hands down my favorite book of all time. I read it at least once a year, and have not been without a copy of it since childhood. Herbert was a MASTER.

Dune. Frank Herbert's masterwork, encompassing politics, drugs, empires, would-be messiahs, ecology, and massive sandworms. The first three books in the series are my favorites. The spice must flow!

DUNE! I know so much about this book, and yet, I've never read it. Definitely going to tackle this soon.

Dune. Long and a bit complex, this is a classic in Sci-fi.

Dune Series: Dune, Dune Messiah, Children of Dune (Also God Emperor of Dune, Heretics of Dune, Chapterhouse: Dune, but I haven't read them) by Frank Herbert

Where'd You Go, Bernadette by Maria Semple

I enjoyed the book...but the movie was terrible because they felt they had to make it into a love story. is a love story...of a couple who fall in love with Italy!

One of my favorite books that I could read over and over....

Dune ~~ Quick! What does this have to do with Food Network? The De Laurentiis family, that's what.
