Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing (S)

Balsamic and Oil dressing (S)    Kelly Marquez Mestakides                    Use a Good Seasonings cruet bottle with markings for the V,W & O . Add 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar to the "V" line.  Add 3 T.water to the "W" line.  Add 1 tsp. maple flavor extract,      1 Tbs. of Truvia, 1/4 tsp. of sea salt & then add 1/2 c.olive oil to the "O" line.  More sweetener if you want   S or E setting. (1tsp in an E setting if the only fat)  Use fresh parmesan with it.

S Taco Bake This was delicious! I added more taco seasoning to the meat than what is listed in the recipe.

THM (S) a little healthier: Taco Bake (watch for sugar in seasoning and sauce if you use ready-made. Use the cream option and not milk.
