5/25/12 Mango Chicken Salad - This was great. I sub. sour cream for greek yogurt since I didn't have any and served this inside whole wheat pita pockets. I used red onion and black beans as add ins. This would be a great lunch as well. Super simple, refreshing, and healthy. Will def. make again.
