Chile Colorado Burritos 2 lb stew meat 1/2 c tomato sauce 1 Tbsp Knorr's Caldo de Tomate 1/2 tsp garlic powder 3 T chili powder 3 T all-purpose flour 2 c chicken broth flour tortillas & shredded cheese Make enchilada sauce. Place stew meat in 6-quart slow cooker. Cover with enchilada sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef.
