This is a SUPER simple beginner workout plan. If your new to fitness or just trying to get back in the grind, this is a great plan to ease you (and your muscles) into working out. I suggest pairing these with bursts of cardio several times and week and light dumbbell excerisies to ease into weight training. (weight training will sculpt your body into your ideal shape, running will just help get your body and metabolism moving!)

Make cards that have exercises then another set with time amounts and then reps. Each deck is a different color. Shuffle each deck. Choose one time card and that card will have a number of workout cards to choose. Lay out the work out cards and them randomly pull a tep card out and put one on each exercise card. Go through all the workouts as a circut as many times as u can in the time limit. Workouts myst be chosen in drawn order.
