CrockPot Layered Dinner --Steak, Potatoes, Corn on the Cob I made a complete meal in the crockpot last night, and it wasn't a soup, stew, or casserole. I made rib eye steak, baked potato, and corn on the cob. It wasn't soggy, nor was it dried out, and I was able to leave the house for six hours. The crockpot rocks. I like the touch of tequila <3 ;D
Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken: Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup light soy sauce 2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins. Directions: Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hrs and they should just fall apart. Enjoy!
Super EASY Chicken Crockpot Recipe (the secret ingredient is cream cheese!!) NO PREP!!! YES!!!--so I made this by plopping in frozen chicken, frozen corn, rinsed can if black beans, block if cream cheese, two cups water/teo cubes chicken broth, and can if Rotel. Turned out awesome!! Chicken fell apart/shredded when I went to stir it. Will probably adapt recipe to make a chicken corn chowder.
Super easy! Frozen Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces, 2 cans cream of chicken, 1 can diced potatoes, 1 bag frozen veggies (i used the birds Eye corn, green beans, carrots and peas. Some season all, 2 slices velvetta 2 tbsp butter. Put in crockpot. Here is where I add 1 can water. 5-6 hours on low. 30 min before serving break apart biscuits and cover the mixture. Cook until biscuits are done.
1 can creamed corn, 1 can sweet corn, 1 stick light margarine, 1 cup elbow macaroni, 1 cup velveeta. Don't drain any cans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in crockpot until noodles are done. AMAZING!!
