5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
Cheesy Cauliflower- 8 c cauliflower florets 1 onion, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed 1 14 - 16 oz jar cheddar cheese pasta sauce 1. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker place cauliflower, onion, and fennel seeds. Pour pasta sauce over all. 2. Cover & cook on low-heat setting for 6-7 hrs or on high-heat setting for 3-3-1/2 hrs. Stir gently. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
