Lighter buffalo chicken dip 2 poached chicken breasts, shredded 2 packages ea) neufchatel (low fat cream cheese), softened 1 cup low fat sour cream cup Frank’s RedHot buffalo wing sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder cups shredded low fat cheese

* 1 lb. crackers (I used 1/3 each of Cheese It's, Mini Club & Mini Saltines)  * 1 1/2 cup canola oil,  * 1 t garlic powder  * 1 pk Ranch salad dressing mix  * 2-3 Tbs crushed red peppers.

Fire each of Cheese It's, Mini Club & Mini Saltines; then mix together 1 cup canola oil, 1 pk Ranch salad dressing mix and Tablespoon crushed red peppers. Pour over crackers in a big airtight container, toss several times over a 1 hr period.
