LOUISIANA HOT CRAB DIP 1/2 lb.jumbo lump crabmeat; 8 oz cream cheese; 1/2 cup mayo; 1/4 c.grated Parmesan; 3 Tbsp minced green onions; 2 lg. garlic cloves, minced; 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 2 tsp lemon juice; 1 tsp hot sauce; 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning; Salt & pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish & gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste. Bake for 35-40 min. until lightly golden on top. Serve hot.
