Hot Pepper Jelly from Food.com: This recipe is from "Company's Coming" Canning book. It is an easy excellent recipe. Hot Pepper Jelly! Rick and I have been making this sweet hot jelly for almost 20 years. Family and friends seem to like tasting it or receiving it as a gift. Yes, great with cream cheese but Rita's enjoys it with peanut butter on English muffins for Saturday breakfast.

Homemade Pepper and Onion Relish (ala Harry & David). I love this. I often buy the real stuff when it is on sale but 3 for $9 is still a bit steep. Mix it with cream cheese and enjoy with tortilla chips. It is always a big hit at parties.

Red pepper jam!! Can't wait to try this! We love this on crackers with brie.

Hot Pepper Jelly | "I made this recipe and it tastes just like I remember from the farmer's market in Birmingham as a kid. I think many are confused by the name because it's called jelly. The hot pepper jelly we had as kids was never set up. It's just a syrup like consistency you pour over cream cheese and eat until you're sick with crackers. The sweet and hot at the same time is so addictive."
