Love the cozy bed in the window nook. Curl up with a book and a glass of wine.....

Please let me just curl up and stay here with my iPod and a couple books until spring.

i will have a reading nook somewhere in my house! i love this circle window too.

For all those times we just need to relax: A reading nook.

snow flurries outside. cup of tea in hand with a good book in my lap. soothing music in the background. and maybe a couple of dogs and cats. plus my loves all lounging around with me.

slightly more lux but reminds me of the bed under the window in the attic at the manor

This built-in day bed looks like an ideal reading nook! More one-wall makeovers:

Built in storybook cozy. Cute for a guestroom for visiting little ones especially! Whoever likes this has exceptionally good taste.

The question is whether to leave the rafters open or not (there'd be lots of nails to hide...) Just the diagonal walls, not the vertical walls. And I'd make it look a little more finished. Hm.

Very pretty furniture arrangement for an otherwise unusable the moody lighting also.
