This statement is so true and one of which I say over and over again to remind myself that I have to work hard for everything I want in my life. One of which is weight loss and to be toned. Grant it I will never be 120 lbs. because my bone structure is too big for that and I would most definitely be sick. I have learned that a number on a scale cannot be who I am, but if I work hard at taking care of my body that the good lord has given me, then it will be worth it when I turn 65.

its starts from you, so believe what I know... you are amazing! After all I know you best and I see what you may not, so until you see it too, let me give you the words of encouragement you need, the hand to hold, and the shoulder to lean on! I love you both!
