Pinner said : I strongly identify myself as a pancake connoisseur, and these are the best pancakes I've EVER had.  I mean, I'll take pancakes over a steak dinner any day of the week!  The only thing I did differently was that I used 1 1/2 tsps of coconut flavoring and 3/4 c of regular milk.  I also topped it off with homemade blueberry syrup and coconut flakes.
