Begin with a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough, and some Rolos. Take a tablespoon and a half of dough and flatten a little, put a Rolo in center, and roll into a ball. Freeze for 15-20 min. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes. Let cool on sheet for a couple of minutes.
