    Easy Peasy Skillet Lasagna - lighter, one pot lasagna that is only 9 WW points I made this recipe this evening but substituted Barilla Lasagna "No Boil" noodles, I placed them on before I poured in the tomatoes, covered, brought to a simmer for about 15 minutes and then added the cheese, etc. I am all about skipping another pot (and more time) to boil the noodles!
