Pudding Pops! Just 2 ingredients: pudding mix (fat free/sugar free and they are only worth 1 WW point) and milk. Or yogurt for more creaminess. Mmmm... can't wait for it to warm up so I can make these!
Um yum....... I may never eat anything else for breakfast again. Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350, this is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal. (Wonder if the batter would work to make pumpkin pancakes?)
No-Bake Cheesecake 8 oz Cool Whip Free 8 oz 1/3 less fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese 9 inch reduced fat Graham Cracker Crust 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp lemon juice In a large bowl, whip cream cheese, lemon and sugar for a few minutes until fluffy. Add Cool Whip and whip until smooth. Spoon mixture into pie crust and chill for a few hours, until firm. (You could also spoon into bowls and eat like a mousse for only 3.25 points each)
Snickers Salad: 1 box vanilla instant pudding, 1 cup milk, 1 container cool whip, 8 green apples diced, 6 snickers candy bars chopped into chunks Mix the milk and pudding,fold in cool whip. Let set up in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, add apples and candy bar… ENJOY!
