Ya know I don't really agree with Josef Pilates on our bodies having to be under perfect control *winces* for good posture... I'd say it's more about perfect, ongoing awareness of the subtle shifts and responses. Of course, pilates work is a HUGE help in refining core muscle awareness. It rocks!
