Pumpkin Pie French Toast... This was so yummy & no extra effort other than opening a can of pumpkin. I doubled the recipe, & used a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice instead of using individual spices. It was perfect with homemade buttermilk syrup! My kids say it's a keeper!

Pumpkin French Toast Bake - repurpose left over french bread / GF bread the night before and bake in the morning. Definitely a treat for the holidays, but everything in moderation and great not to be wasting food!
