Two EFL games I use a lot in my classes: "Biographies" (potential as an ice-breaker) and "Corners" (very good with children who are energetic and active). Both are highly adaptable and can be used with a variety of levels.

For me I found EMDR useful for a time, but really it has been tenacity, writing, the gym and being future focused that has help..
