Used to make these when I was little! "birds nests." butter both sides of a slice of bread. cut out the center with a cookie cutter or just with the rim of a cup (save the circles!). drop bread in a frying pan and crack an egge into the center. You can put cinn and sugar on the leftover circles and fry them up, too.
