    Buffalo Chicken Fingers-this is a super crunchy, super tasty baked chicken recipe. I used precut chicken tenders, and for the egg mixture I mixed the egg with some Frank's Red Hot. Rotated several times while baking to keep from getting soggy. I never coated mine in more buffalo sauce when they were finished, but Craig did.
