Zucchini Bread - Lovefoodies Love this recipe. I did a few tweaks with the ingredients though. I upped the zucchini to 3 cups. Also, I used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup light brown sugar; also, I added 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 teaspoon salt.
