    Fast & Healthy Peanut Butter Cups: 12 oz chocolate chips, 1 c peanut butter, 1/3 c coconut oil. Line a muffin pan w/cupcake liners. Layer chocolate chips in the bottom of cupcake liner. Heat peanut butter & coconut oil until coconut oil is melted. Stir peanut butter mixture until smooth. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate chips Freeze for 30 min or until hardened Server directly out of the freezer Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to two weeks/freezer for 2 months
