A time saver for birthday parties- scoop ice cream into lined cupcake pans & freeze.

Make cake time less of a hassle. I did this for my son's 4th birthday party and it was fantastic! The night or morning prior to the party; take ice cream out of the freezer and allow to soften on your kitchen counter for 8 to 15 minutes (time will vary slightly depending on type - ice cream/frozen yogurt/sorbet etc.) Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and scoop ice cream into the liners. Cover with plastic wrap and return to freezer until party time!
