Fill balloons with water and add food I will definitely do this in the winter. Fill balloons with food coloring, once frozen cut the balloons off & they look like giant marbles. This is awesome!!!

balloon topiary -- no tutorial, but looks like they used inexpensive poles (Lowes), and bunched non-helium balloons together (yea! saves time money without the helium), and then added ribbon. Inexpensive, secure, and no issues with helium balloons running a-muck getting tangled. It's also long-lasting.
