    Love this idea! Cut open toilet paper rolls and use as a cuff to save your wrapping paper. I will be doing this one with my Cristmas wrapping paper...update...tried it this year only I used paper towel rolls they seem to be more sturdy ... and it does work!!! :o)

I am thinking right now how to make it. And I finally did 2/23/13. I used a baby blue fabric with a white thread zig-zag down the middle, it's feminine and pretty.

Toilet Paper Roll Wreath - C- The paint not want to adhere to the cardboard (because they have wax) causing lines from the tp roll, and the paint actually streaks too. In theory it is a cute idea, but not possible.
