Especially as a IS Teacher I would like to have posters around the room to help remind the students of material covered. I would also allow the students to use the posters during a test- the posters might not be the main idea of the test but it could be a part of it so it can be used as an aid.

Hands on coordinate planes. Fun.   Students toss two dice, form a coordinate pair and place a marker on that intersection. Students alternate turns, each trying to be the first to get four markers in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

Perimeter & Area activity.  Do in hallway, lunchroom, or gym.  Blue painter's tape will easily come off when finished.  Great task for parent volunteers to set up.  I'd number them with tape too!
